A painting dedicated to Gerald Howard Eardley-Wilmot is displayed within St. Mary the Virgin Parish Church in Ilford. The painting, by church artist A. E. Fellowes-Prynne, features a scene depicting Christ on the cross.

A brass plaque situated below the painting bears a dedication to Gerald Howard Eardley-Wilmot who was not only the artist’s nephew, but the younger brother of Reverend Hubert Valentine Eardley-Wilmot, the Vicar of St. Mary’s Church.
