George E Randall Memorial Windows

George E. Randall is commemorated on a stained glass window at St. Mary’s Church, South Woodford. The current window on display is a compilation made from fragments as the original windows were damaged following a fire in February 1969. This explains why the inscription does not read as intended.

Although the church was irreparably destroyed in the fire, it was rebuilt and rededicated in June 1972.
