Biography 

Arthur Warner was born on 28th September 1887 to Harry and Eliza Warner. He was the oldest son and second oldest of seven children. During the 1901 census Arthur lived at 81 Mornington Road in Wanstead. Arthur married Amy Philips in 1909 and moved in with her and her parents at 5 Dunmow Road (South), Stratford. He was living at this address during the 1911 census and was working as a brass finisher at a foundry.

Arthur enlisted in the army with the Royal Horse Artillery and Royal Field Artillery. He was sent to France, where he was injured on 12th November 1914, and later died from his wounds.
